had fun today...both of us left Bali Thai 'PJD' - perut jalan dulu (stomach seen first), very deja vu from sushi muntah kedarah (eat to the point throwing up) with lin and serena...hehehe. and i'm glad mom enjoyed her first foot massage...took the 10 session deal (with a discount of $12/session than original price)...planning to go with her again in the coming months...

at work since last week, shifted to a (2 occupied in a 1-person) temporary workstation cause of the office 'makeover'...part overhaul cause we will still be keeping the old chairs...sungguh tidak bermakna...i'm sooo preparing mentally and physically (alt+tab) having ppl looking over my comp screen instead of the blinded windows...the result of power tripping...

i miss having a pet around..crazy as it sounds, i miss washing up after a pet, worrying of buying and topping up their food...having a pet is very therapeutic...

-1/2 way watching 2nd telecast Singapore Idol...Hady Mirza is consistent every week, no guessing who'll have my vote!!

Sweet Shan shan msn sent me pics during our sec schooldays...during a birthday treat for close friends to the now demolished hotel in the opposite of the former Plaza Singapura...now what was the name of the hotel?? something R Hotel or something...

anyway, that wasnt the first time i thought wrong...cause last week, i received an email of a post-renovation sale happening for moi most fav brand @ Bugis...15% off on normal priced items...the F3 membership only 10% lehh (so really good bargain rite!!)....

so i happily told Lin about the sale and last minute we went...when we were there, all seemed normal...no extra price tags, no posters informing about any sale. confident me kept quiet and thought okay, so maybe its only for those who received email (feeling feeling exclusive) but sadly none of those on the rack shouted and begged me for a purchase.

then we toodled along to Ah Chew a.k.a Tong Seng Coffeeshop (my first virgin experience there a few years ago, i was 'greeted' by a super huge cockroach that sooo nearly missed going into my top...but thats another story) ordered Fried Fish Soup (yummy!!) and exchanged lifes' updates with Lin when i mentioned that i received the 'members only' email on the post renovation sale...and confidently said from 7th to 9th July. the next thing...

Lin: 'otak kau!!!'
*Stunned* me: 'huh?'
Lin: 'niari kan 6th!'
me: 'Ooops...tapi kau dapat makan fish noodle kan?' *heh*

begitulah realiti kehidupan...the lesson here kalau nak pergi sale, check dulu tarikh hari tersebut sebelum terus meluru ke tempat yang dituju...jangan lupa eh, kalau tidak kena 'otak kau!'... *heh*

p.s - i so recommend 'Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest'...go watch and look out especially for the scene where Jack got hit by a metal bar while running in a wooden water wheel and when he managed to come back into the wheel, he ran around it a few rounds...hmm...what made him fall out again in the first place?? *hehehe* i'm sooo waiting for 'Little Man' *goo goo ga ga baby*
