Another therapeutic 'project' done, this time the younger one was around. She finished up 2 of these! *heh*

Honestly, these need a bit more trials. I followed the basic recipe (which requires the minimum ingredients) and the taste turned out ok, just not exactly IT. There are a few other versions of them. Well, practice makes perfecto!

Btw, brought the previous batch to work, and i'll say they are best eaten with jam.

Been thinking and drooling for these...so i decided to bake some myself. Verdict: buttery taste and wonderful buttery aroma...crusty buttery top! but on the downside (yeah, sadly) not as salty (mine could do with some honey or jam) or cottony fluffy like the ones i had when i was there.

He said to 'get my own taste'...but i keep thinking of those! The buttery aroma brings wonderful memories...

It was tentatively planned at 8am. Moved to 9am. But it finally happened at 1pm. Nevertheless, i had fun!

Was on medical leave Monday, stiffness from neck to shoulder. Always a first time for everything. Given a tube of torturously hot heat rub by the Doc and a couple of meds. After a few days of applying, I'm nearly healed. Alhamdulillah :)

Sometime I wonder why I even bother.

Honestly, what do you do when u have all necessary tools and the 'celebrity stylist' himself not busy? What else but a makeover!!

Ok, so it started after lunch when i saw the 'XXXL Volume + Length Mascara' calling out to me from the said 'celebrity stylist' desk while he was rearranging his tools. My unprofessional hands got to work and started applying to my lashes. I tell u it was hard...it looked like i have white lashes (just like someone comel i kno! *wink wink* )

Then came the offer that i couldnt say NO to (disclaimer: the offer was after official office hours.). And i shall share with you readers the process (and difference of self application!) of the makeover (with an observer!). I requested for the 'smokey eyes' cause i wonder how i'll look like with the look. Being a girl, its always fun playing makeover, with actual make-up!

All done, we headed to redeem the '1 for 1' coupon for 'Gloria Jean's Coffee'. I so recommend the 'Strawberries & Cream'...yummy!!

p.s: Farah & Yati, the green things on the stalk of plants are called 'Aphids'. Thats what the mint rice looks like stuck on the black straw!

An early morning day out watching 'Nemo'...the girls had fun, the older girls liked it and i was happy they enjoyed themselves watching it! :)

I thought someone was playing when it happened the first time. It went on for a minute or two...then the others around me stopped typing on their keyboards and i heard the creaking sound from the TV ceiling bracket with the TV moving slightly side to side.

My initial thoughts, 'Oh wow...it just happened over there last week' and i got so worried! Now i kno what he meant by 'its just a tiny one...dont worry.' Well, its the first time here and it was WOW!

And when it happened the second time, out of all places...i was answering nature's call. That felt like i was in a small boat (cause u kno, of the 'confined' space)

All 1hr plus plus minutes worth the time spent. I teared when he was told to wear a nice shirt the next day for his first day as a stockbroker. The movie touched my heart, it really did.

Will Smith did a wonderful job portraying a struggling 'kering sekering-keringnya' (broker than broke) guy whose wife left him cause of reasons to be known when u watch the movie. His son did a great job playing, his son, displaying the fantastic chemistry between the two.

No yawning moments while i was watching it. Glued to the screen i was.

Go see it...and oh yeah, bring that packet of tissue...just in case. :)
