You are the 2nd that I've sat in close proximity with. Without saying anything, you proved to me that you and your furry friends are friendly, warm and kind.
I remember you side looking at me cos i had fries and i secretly gave you one. Your tail smacking me everytime we crossed path at your house and you breathing heavy after playing ball. You could have easily ate Duke up when he nipped your behind but you, the sweet giant, didnt.
Rest in peace dearest Spot. Say hello to Domino when you meet her in doggie heaven for me.
Quit asking me how
I get people asking me how i lost the weight. When i tell them,answers i get are either 'i need to have rice or i'm not full' & 'why cereals/oats?not full!'.
So my answer now is: then dont ask me how. Something has to give and if you cant change your diet, theres no other shortcut.
Simple as that.
